What Data Is Stored

When you create an account and use MYPEPSTACK, the information you enter is saved to local data files within the application. This includes:

This data is stored solely for the purpose of making the application work for you — so your schedules, inventory, and progress are saved between sessions. That is the only reason it exists.

What We Do NOT Do With Your Data

• No data is sold or shared with any third party
• No analytics or tracking of any kind is embedded in this application
• No advertising, marketing pixels, or third-party cookies are used
• No data mining or profiling of your health information is performed
• No data is transmitted to external servers, cloud services, or third-party platforms
• Your data is not actively monitored, reviewed, or accessed by the operator of this application

Your Rights & Control

You have full control over your data at all times:

• Download your data: You can export a copy of all your personal data from your Profile page at any time
• Delete your data: You can delete all of your tracking data (schedules, inventory, logs) from your Profile page while keeping your account
• Delete your account: You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from your Profile page. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered

Browser Storage

The application uses a session cookie for login authentication and localStorage for UI preferences (such as dark mode). These are standard browser functions stored on your own device. No tracking cookies are used.

Security

Passwords are stored using a one-way hash and are never stored in plain text. While reasonable measures are taken to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You use this application at your own risk and are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The developer(s) and operator(s) of MYPEPSTACK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this application
• This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from: health complications, incorrect dosing, adverse reactions, data loss, or reliance on information presented in the application
• The developer(s) make no representations or warranties about the accuracy of dosing calculators, peptide information, or scheduling features

7. Service Availability & Shutdown

You should be fully aware of the following:

• This site may be taken offline at any time without advance warning
• When the site is shut down, all data stored on it will be permanently deleted, including your account, schedules, inventory, logs, and any other information you have entered
• The owner is under no obligation to notify you before shutting down, to provide a data export period, or to maintain backups of your data after shutdown
• There is no service level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, or commitment to ongoing availability
• The owner is not responsible for any inconvenience, data loss, or disruption caused by the site being taken offline

Recommendation: If you rely on your tracking data, you are encouraged to regularly download a copy of your data from the Profile page. This ensures you have a personal backup regardless of what happens to this site.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were most recently revised.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the application immediately.
